With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Terrazas specializes in optimizing financial close cycles, including organization, process and technology improvements. Most recently, he led the implementation of OneStream, a financial consolidation and reporting tool, for a $40 billion aerospace and defense company located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The implementation streamlined the financial reporting process across the company’s 250 team members located in 25+ countries around the world.
Mr. Terrazas is recognized for his skill in solving financial reporting issues, including intercompany balancing, consolidation and enterprise resource planning optimization. He prefers a hands-on, collaborative approach to planning for and implementing ERPs, solving complex month-end close problems and optimizing technology to support more accurate and timely reporting.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Terrazas served with a $1 billion oil, gas and real estate company located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He served in advisory roles and as the Corporate Controller during a six-year transformation project, resulting in $2.5 million permanent cost savings for the company.
Mr. Terrazas earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in advisory and data analytics from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the Yale School of Management.
