Erica Georgas is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Houston. She leads and executes people and culture programs to drive operational changes with a focus on performance management, community involvement, rewards and recognition and diversity, equity and inclusion.

With more than 10 years of business consulting experience, Ms. Georgas exhibits strong program and change management skills; advanced working knowledge of the employee lifecycle process; and a consistent desire to successfully deliver high quality solutions and sustainable results. She brings proven success in solving complex problems while cultivating foundational relationships.

Ms. Georgas brings extensive experience with enterprise resource planning and customer-relationship management software selections, integrations and implementations, complex business transformations, technology assessments and strategies and merger and acquisition performance improvements. She has worked on multiple oil and gas projects for upstream, midstream and downstream clients and brings additional experience in other industries, including industrial service providers, state governments, finance and insurance and waste management.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Georgas served as a Business Technology Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. She focused on driving large and complex ERP implementations for several industries and clients.  

Ms. Georgas earned a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) in industrial distribution from the Dwight Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M. She is PROSCI Change Management certified.
