Mr. Kirsch brings more than 30 years of experience in M&A, focusing on the life sciences sector. He has completed numerous public and private financings along with a wide range of strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kirsch was a Managing Director and Head of Medical Devices with GCA Diagnostics. He focused on both public and private companies and has extensive experience completing cross-border transactions with Asian healthcare companies.

Previously, Mr. Kirsch was part of the senior management team at Vector Securities, where he was responsible for the Capital Markets segment. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Natwest Securities, where he was responsible for managing the global securities/investment banking business. He also worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he was the top-ranked tobacco and beverage analyst and managed the equities business.

Mr. Kirsch earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Baruch College. He has been on many public and private boards of directors and is currently on the board and audit committee of Liquidia Corporation, a publicly traded Biopharmaceutical company.
