Mr. Malik advises on refinancings, amendments, growth capital and acquisition finance in the European loan and institutional debt markets. He has worked with listed and private corporates across a range of industries in Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Malik spent nine years with Barclays, most recently in the Debt Finance team, where he was responsible for originating debt financing mandates across the credit spectrum for major listed and private corporates. Previously, he led the Loan Syndication team for Barclays Corporate Bank, responsible for pricing, underwriting and debt distribution across all asset classes in Europe and the Middle East.

Earlier in his career. Mr. Malik worked with Lloyds Banking Group helping to grow the firm’s European Loan Capital Markets business. He also had roles in Credit and Coverage.

Mr. Malik earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Sheffield University. He is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
