With more than nine years of financial advisory experience, Mr. Prentice brings a diverse background that includes restructuring, corporate transformation, strategic and financial planning, business plan evaluation, liquidity management and working capital optimization.

Mr. Prentice has worked across a range of industries (transportation and logistics, construction services, manufacturing, industrial, energy and environmental solutions) and business models (franchise, direct sale, distribution and services). He specializes in liquidity management, business plan assessment and strategic planning for distressed and non-distressed companies.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Prentice served as an investment professional with Blue Sage Capital in Austin. He was active in sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across industry verticals. The position included working alongside portfolio company leaders to develop and execute organizational, operational and financial opportunities that created value for all stakeholders.

Previously, Mr. Prentice served as an Investment Banking Analyst with Citi in Houston. He helped advise on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, financings and other strategic transactions across multiple verticals in the oil, gas and power industries.​

Mr. Prentice earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and Turnaround Management Association. He currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member for PelotonU.
