Ms. Sun’s primary focus is establishing, directing and overseeing human resources functions and activities and supporting the company’s people strategy and organizational development.

Ms. Sun oversees major HR initiatives, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, organization development, performance and talent management, succession planning, expatriate management, employee relations.

Ms. Sun is well versed in the HR framework and statutory requirements in various jurisdictions and has experience dealing with the nomination and compensation committee of the board in accordance with the terms of reference of the Listco. She has experience developing corporate governance and compliance on HR matters.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Sun was HR Director for CGN Meiya Power Co. Ltd. for 16 years. She oversaw all HR initiatives for the holding company and its subsidiaries in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and South Korea, supporting its workforce of more than 3,000 people.

Ms. Sun earned an MBA from Macquarie University. She speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
