Jennifer Cipolla

Most recently at A&M, Ms. Cipolla led a team serving as interim business transformation support for a $3 billion product and services company with 120 branches across North America, driving accelerated value creation, while reducing the lead time for product change orders by over 50%.
Ms. Cipolla has focused on driving business transformation and operational performance improvement via process excellence in SG&A cost out, business process optimization and organizational design. She implements achievable solutions based on a deep understanding of the current state of organizational maturity, while simultaneously developing and executing a strategy that enables larger-scale growth.
Additionally, Ms. Cipolla’s notable engagements include serving as Interim Integration Leader for two industrial equipment rental companies, identifying synergy opportunities and directly overseeing footprint consolidation; implementing an S&OP process at a large bedding manufacturer, linking the demand and supply forecasts for the first time; and supporting an industrial tank wash business reduce corporate SG&A labor costs by ~15%.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Cipolla served as VP of Operations for Prescient Co, where she focused on productivity, process improvement, cost out and organizational restructuring. Before that, she spent 11 years with GE as an executive in both finance and operations, where she served as operational excellence leader. At GE, she automated distributed field service processes to reduce days to invoice by over 90% and base costs by 20%; built new customer centers; supported integration activities through process standardization and supported migration of common core finance activities to an offshore shared services center of excellence; and spent four years in Corporate Audit Staff.
Ms. Cipolla earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University. She currently sits on the Board of Visitors for the SEMS college at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
