Mr. Serikov has led numerous strategy, operations and mergers and acquisitions projects for businesses of different sizes, ranging from in-company start-ups to global corporations in multiple industry sectors, including retail/consumer goods, technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare and industrial products. 

Recently, Mr. Serikov’s notable assignments included over 150 due diligence, organizational cost takeout and headcount reduction projects for private equity and corporate clients; due diligence and synergies analysis in an over $800 million bolt-on acquisition in the technology sector for a top private equity firm; and buy-side operational/IT due diligence in a $1.3 billion healthcare transaction for a top private equity firm.

Additionally, Mr. Serikov has conducted strategic due diligence of a $1 billion investment target in the chemical industry for a top private equity firm. He also developed a standalone operations plan and transition service agreements for the divestiture of a $1 billion business of a portfolio company of a top private equity firm; performed financial analysis of TSAs in a separation of a Fortune 100 company; analyzed strategic scenarios and developed the manufacturing network strategy for a $15 billion medical devices company; developed a growth strategy to achieve the goals of a $700 million acquisition in the U.S. for an international healthcare corporation; and researched technology trends and identified investment opportunities for a leading private equity fund with over $13 billion assets under management.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Serikov held consulting, corporate development and strategy positions at PwC, 4i Consulting, A.T. Kearney, Thomson Reuters, Sitronics and portfolio companies of leading PE groups.

Mr. Serikov earned a master’s degree in public administration (summa cum laude) from Volgo-Vyatsky Public Administration Academy, a bachelor’s degree in law from N.I.Lobachevsky State University, a master’s degree in financial and investment analysis from the Academy of National Economy and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
