Landon Kenworthy

Mr. Kenworthy has worked with underperforming and distressed companies on operational restructuring, footprint rationalization, profitability improvement, exploring strategic options, financial restructuring, business plan development, 13-week cash-flow forecasting, creditor negotiation, liquidity management, and vendor management.
Mr. Kenworthy has worked on cross-border engagements in North and South America and Europe for clients in various industries, including oil and gas, oilfield services, renewable energy, media, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, transportation, logistics, shipping, and metals. His clients have included Abengoa (MCE: ABG/P:SM), Daseke (NASDAQ: DSKE), Denbury (NYSE: DEN), iHeartMedia (NASDAQ: IHRT), WeWork Inc. (NYSE: WE), AFGlobal, American Commercial Barge Line, Balfour & Co., Bristol Compressors, E&B Natural Resources, Forward Air Solutions, Global Geophysical Services, Hovensa, Incora, Latshaw Drilling, Novelis, Remington Outdoor Company, and Técnicas Marítimas Avanzadas.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kenworthy worked for a Big Four firm, first as a distressed debt/company valuation specialist working with private equity, hedge fund, and asset management clients, then in the firm’s turnaround and restructuring advisory practice in New York City.
Mr. Kenworthy earned a bachelor’s degree in business management (finance) from Brigham Young University-Idaho while serving as the CFO of a student-run venture capital start-up. He earned an MBA from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and an honors certificate through the Landegger Program in International Business Diplomacy. Mr. Kenworthy is a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). He holds the Certification in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV).
