With more than 25 years of corporate credit and capital markets experience, Mr. Mailhot has worked with companies across a wide range of industries. Whether working on a capital raise, a divestiture, or a performance improvement plan on behalf of a client or a sponsor, Mr. Mailhot brings experience, reliability, and a streamlined execution to each transaction.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mailhot managed the loan syndication desk at Laurentian Bank for seven years, working closely with clients, banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors. Before that, Mr. Mailhot was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets. He also worked with GE Capital for 10 years in the Corporate Finance Division.

Mr. Mailhot earned a master’s degree in applied economics from NYU and an MBA in finance from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
