Carlo Savani

Mr. Savani’s track record includes having advised on $50+ billion of deleveraging and transactions across more than 40 projects over the last 10 years. He brings experience across multiple geographies, including the U.S., Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus and Ireland.
Mr. Savani has worked with clients across a range of industries, including banking, private equity, credit servicing and the public sector. He has advised on multiple asset classes, including non-performing, sub-performing and performing debt portfolios, with extensive portfolio advisory experience in commercial and residential real estate, corporate, SMEs and consumer debt. Additionally, Mr. Savani has advised on credit servicer M&A transactions, as well as the management and sale of distressed private equity company portfolios.
Previously, Mr. Savani led A&M's PAG business in Iberia, where he was responsible for origination and client relationships, business planning and project execution in the country, leading a team of eight employees.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Savani was a Director in a boutique investment bank, specializing in credit and real estate advisory. There, he led the entry and growth of a business unit in the Italian and Portuguese markets, as well as the development of a real estate advisory capability. Before that, he worked in a Big Four firm based in London, focusing on portfolio advisory services and M&A. During this time, he led the development of the team's business in Italy and Spain.
Mr. Savani earned a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas (Venezuela); an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan (Italy); and an executive program in real estate company management from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid (Spain).
