Fabio Weiss

With deep expertise in multi-site/retail healthcare, Mr. Weiss has handled 20+ operational/synergy diligences and integration planning efforts and executed numerous merger integrations and operational improvement/turnaround projects. He identified, planned and implemented ~$20 million in synergies for the integration of two PT assets in the Midwest with a combined revenue of ~$300 million and outlined, planned and executed on ~$9 million in synergies for the combination of two dental assets with a combined revenue of ~$420 million.
Mr. Weiss also created a detailed acquisition playbook while executing on ~$8 million in synergies for the combination of two urgent care companies in the northeast with combined revenues of ~$380 million. He also developed a greenfield assessment and synergy diligence for combining five dermatology practices with ~$80 million in revenue and outlined key infrastructure and headcount needs to scale up to $200 million in revenue.
Mr. Weiss devised and executed eight operational turnarounds (including as interim COO) for clients with $50-400 million in revenue in the dental, urgent care, lab and medical devices space. He led EBITDA improvements totaling ~$84 million driven by headcount reductions, process re-engineering/automation, vendor spending optimization and revenue enhancements. He also implemented a ~$15 million performance improvement program centered around commercial/sales and SG&A for a PE-owned medical devices company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Weiss worked as a Senior Consultant with Capgemini Consulting, where he led operational performance improvement projects and cost reduction projects for retailers and manufacturers.
Mr. Weiss earned a combined bachelor's and master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Technology, Dresden and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
