David Nidetz

Mr. Nidetz has successfully implemented revenue improvement and cost optimization initiatives for non- and for-profit hospitals, physician groups, dental and orthodontic dental support organizations, home health, behavioral health, emergency department and urgent care organizations nationally. He specializes in patient access and financial clearance, denials prevention, operational standardization, EMR optimization (Epic) and revenue cycle management.
Most recently, Mr. Nidetz led the RCM transformation at a national 110 practice Dental organization. Through this project, the team developed RCM infrastructure, including staffing, workflows and reporting, while also adjusting the charge structure to maximize collection. The team generated $8 million+ in additional revenue and transitioned a stable RCM department for future growth. Previously at A&M, Mr. Nidetz led a successful 20-month restructuring and liquidation of a freestanding emergency department and hospital management group, serving as the interim leader of the revenue cycle operations team. He drove $10 million in additional recurring net revenue through revenue cycle activities, while supporting the team to reduce total liabilities by $170 million and improving EBITDA by $90 million.
Additionally, Mr. Nidetz partnered with the nation’s largest Orthodontics DSO, supporting its significant growth through a long-term relationship. He helped develop a national revenue cycle strategy to support growth from 60 to more than 250 clinics. Mr. Nidetz also developed a reporting strategy to monitor key performance indicators and drive workflow; supported a corporate reorganization with interim leadership assistance; and performed acquisition diligence on target facilities. Finally, Mr. Nidetz continues to support the organization’s acquisition strategy with buy-side due diligence.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nidetz served as Senior Manager with The Claro Group, where he led multiple revenue cycle projects. He began his revenue cycle career with Huron Consulting Group.
Mr. Nidetz earned a bachelor’s degree in strategy, management and organizations and moral philosophy from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
