With more than 10 years of consulting experience, Ms. Khairoullina has advised senior management teams and various stakeholders in the review and assessment of business plans and financial models, preparation of financial projections and cash flow models, liquidity and working capital management. 

Ms. Khairoullina’s clients include both public and private companies in a variety of sectors. Her diverse industry experience includes retail, healthcare, manufacturing, grocery, financial services, travel/hospitality, equipment rental and technology.  

Ms. Khairoullina’s most notable assignments include advising an international movie theater chain through its restructuring process. She led the project team in developing cash flow forecast/DIP sizing analysis. She has assisted other notable clients such as 24 Hour Fitness, JCPenney, Claire’s Stores, Southeastern Grocers, Adeptus Health, Aeropostale, Hertz, Hilton Hotels and Residential Capital. Ms. Khairoullina also served as Interim Treasurer & VP of Finance for one of her clients. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Khairoullina served as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting. She was previously an analyst in Stifel’s Technology Investment Banking group. 

Ms. Khairoullina earned a bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
