With more than 20 years of experience in the HR field, Ms. Giorgi leads the A&M HR team in Latin America, overseeing all HR subsystems, including recruitment and selection, human and organizational development, personnel department and people analytics, in addition to supervising compliance and the administrative department. 

Additionally, Ms. Giorgi coordinates social impact programs focusing on social responsibility, diversity and inclusion and ESG within Latin America. Throughout her career, she has always taken a strategic approach in consulting, helping teams align people management practices with business objectives. 

Ms. Giorgi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in psychoanalysis and psychopathology from PUC-SP. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
