Introduction
On April 29, 2021, Pure Freedom YYOGA Wellness Inc. and Pure Freedom YYOGA Centers BC Inc. (the “Company”) each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was named as the Proposal Trustee.
On May 31, 2021, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an order which extended the time for the Company to file a proposal to its creditors from May 31 to July 13, 2021.
