Henrique Biscolla

With more than 15 years of corporate finance, performance improvement, negotiations and corporate restructuring experience, Mr. Biscolla has advised clients across a range of industries in the U.S. and Brazil, focusing on sugar and ethanol, consumer and food service, plastic, oil and gas, healthcare, automotive, energy and infrastructure.
Mr. Biscolla’s notable assignments include conducting a successful exit strategy for a global trading group from its Brazilian sugar and ethanol business, resulting in a debt renegotiation ($1.2 billion), which was a condition precedent to an M&A with the largest Brazilian player, and subsequently, an IPO of the combined companies. He also led a successful out-of-court reorganization of a large infrastructure company in São Paulo with more than $1.5 billion in debt and wind-down of unprofitable businesses.
Additionally, Mr. Biscolla was involved in an in-court restructuring process for a Texas power company with more than $40 billion in debt.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Biscolla was a Business Controller at Siemens Brazil in the Industrial Service Division. Previously, he worked for three years in one of the largest power distribution companies in Brazil, specializing in energy trading in the free market and energy purchasing in the regulated market.
Mr. Biscolla earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Campinas – UNICAMP. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
