Christine Pollack

Ms. Pollack leads the Corporate Human Resources organization, collaborating with business unit leadership teams to execute A&M’s talent strategy, while establishing policies, procedures, and best practices to meet the firm’s talent management goals.
An effective driver of change management, Ms. Pollack was instrumental in launching the firm-wide Global Employee Engagement Survey initiative.
Prior to joining A&M, Mrs. Pollack worked in human capital, including retirement plan management, talent and retention, and recruitment. Throughout her career, she has coached, advised, and consulted with A&M’s business leaders and employees across the entire firm.
Ms. Pollack earned a bachelor’s degree in English from East Stroudsburg University and a master’s degree in strategic communications from Seton Hall University.
