Kelly Gargiulo is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Corporate Real Estate group based in Houston, Texas. She is responsible for A&M’s corporate office leasehold portfolio.
Ms. Gargiulo brings more than 30 years of corporate real estate and corporate services experience, including leasing, design and construction and other managed support services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gargiulo was a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers, over a span of 20+ years working various roles in corporate real estate and corporate services, from a real estate cost control clerk to the role of Chief Admin Officer of Corporate Services.
