Mr. Zembillas has experience advising stakeholders in out-of-court restructurings and large, complex chapter 11 cases. He has advised clients on implementing operational and performance improvement initiatives; performing strategic assessments of companies, business segments and assets; developing business plans and capital budgeting; managing and improving working capital; cash flow forecasting and treasury management; negotiating with vendors and other constituents; performing debt capacity and collateral analyses; and in chapter 11 and general contingency planning.

Mr. Zembillas has worked with clients in various industries. His recent engagements include McDermott, Talen Energy, Superior Energy Services, Arena Energy, NorthEast Gas Generation, and Weatherford International.

Mr. Zembillas earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University and an MBA in accounting and finance from Florida Atlantic University.
