Effective January 31, 2014, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) whereby Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of Alexis Paragon Limited Partnership, Paragon Canada Alexis ULC, Paragon Tamarack Alexis GP and Paragon Alexis Holdings Inc. (“Eagle River”) which operate and manage a Travel Plaza and Casino  located on the Alexis Whitecourt Indian Reserve No. 232. 
 
Pursuant to the Receivership Order, the Receiver is appointed, without security, of all of Eagle River’s current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds thereof.
