Retrac Group Limited (the “Company”) was an approximately £15 million turnover supplier into the automotive, aerospace, Formula 1 and motorsport sectors.
The Company focused on design, manufacture and engineering solutions of specialised composites, metals and other advanced materials

SITUATION

• The Company experienced financial challenges during FY23 as a result of high debt servicing costs, regulatory changes and the insolvency of a key customer.
   

A&M ROLE AND OUTCOME

• A&M was engaged in September 2024 to commence an accelerated sales process.
• We marketed the Company to trade parties, financial investors and turnaround specialists as part of the process in an expedited timeframe.
• A sale of the business and assets was completed to an unconnected trade party, Evtec Fab Limited, shortly following the appointment of individuals from A&M as joint administrators. 
• The sale included a TUPE transfer of all 110 employees
