Jankel had debt facilities of approximately £35m.
A&M ROLE AND OUTCOMEA&M were engaged in February 2024 to commence an accelerated sales process. The Company was marketed extensively to financial investors, turnaround specialists, and trade parties as part of the process in an expedited timeframe. After receiving interest from several parties, a sale of business and assets was completed to a trade party, NP Aerospace SV Limited, from administration, preserving the critical supply of protective vehicles for key customers. The transaction was completed via a split exchange and completion whilst necessary clearance was sought under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 (NSIA).
