A&M Valuation Services’ Neil Beaton spoke at the recent BVR-American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers’ National Divorce Financial Conference on the topic of valuing complex organizational and capital structures in marital dissolutions.  His co-speaker was leading matrimonial lawyer David W. Griffin, partner at Rutkin, Oldham & Griffin LLC. 

Based on the presentation, we have since produced a glossary of financial terms for divorce attorneys covering options, warrants, hybrid securities and dilution.
