SITUATION

• A&M was appointed administrators of Caledonian Modular, the UK’s largest offsite construction specialist who design, manufacture and install modular buildings across a range of sectors including student accommodation, schools, prisons and hotels.​

A&M ROLE AND OUTCOME

• The administration team continued to trade the business, subject to securing funding agreements with key customers whilst pursuing an accelerated sales process.​

• Successfully completed a sale out of administration to a concrete frame specialist rescuing the business and saving 200 jobs.
