All insolvency appointments in the BVI require local licensed insolvency practitioners. The BVI Insolvency Act 2003 is modern, fit for purpose and supported by an advanced, often creditor friendly, legal system. As Officers of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court we are engaged as Official Liquidators, Provisional Liquidators and Receivers. We investigate, trace assets and launch recovery and enforcement actions for the benefit of creditors.
