Our culture is based on an unwavering set of core values underscored by a bias toward execution and results. From inception, the strategic overview of A&M has been dominated by five core values:

Integrity: Never let financial gain compromise integrity, and demand integrity of ourselves above all.

Quality: Always value quality people and quality work. A&M puts a premium on world class quality people and quality work with a bias to action and delivery of value.

Objectivity: Do your homework before you form conclusions. We do not value “hipshooters.” It is okay to have a hypothesis going into a situation, but validate your hypothesis with a fact base.

Fun: Like what you do and with whom you do it. Having fun, while staying focused on quality, is essential to success.

Personal Reward: Perform interesting work with interesting people and achieve results that matter. The most obvious rewards are financial, but rewards also include the opportunity to grow through training, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job experience (which leads to greater confidence). For more mature members of the firm, the opportunity to coach and mentor less experienced talent offers another kind of reward. Finally, the pleasure one gets from working with people bound by a common set of core values in a non-political, non-bureaucratic environment is rewarding and personally satisfying.
