He specializes in consumer and business services, technology, digital, BPO and software but has also delivered successfully in other industries like solar energy, hospitality, infrastructure management and FMCG, among others. His primary areas of concentration are performance improvement, growth (organic and inorganic), transformation and interim executive roles.
With more than 22 years of executive and advisory experience, Mr. Bonet has worked extensively in growing and transforming business for clients like Wolters Kluwer, ADP, Meta4, Solarcentury, Telefónica, Philip Morris, Gillette, Bosch, Endesa, Mango as well other SMEs businesses. He has served as interim and full-time COO, CEO, CRO, CTO, Board member and NED in Corporations and SMEs. He also brings relevant experience managing M&A processes in the services and technology industries in both buy and sell sides. Mr. Bonet is also well skilled in digital transformation, having founded a Venture Capital firm, invested and sat in on the board of 15+ breakthrough businesses in different industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bonet founded and acted as Advisor at GAUDIA management, supporting mid-market PE in “pre” and “post” deals, and owners in growing and transforming their business. Additionally, he spent 10 years with ADP (Fortune 300) in three different positions in Europe including COO and CEO of south Europe, launched new business units and was successful in the turnaround of two counties. Mr. Bonet started his career in consulting where he spent seven years with KPMG (Strategy) and Andersen Consulting (Change Management) working in Europe and the U.S.A.
Mr. Bonet earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Barcelona and Uppsala University (Sweden) and earned an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore/UAE).
