Ms. Pederson brings over 17 years of experience in assisting clients throughout the U.S. in financial modeling, economic damages analyses, accounting, consulting and expert witness services. She has testified on matters in deposition, trial and arbitration as an expert.
Ms. Pederson’s primary focus has been in environmental litigation and toxic tort damages, including BEN model and contingent liability estimations, derivative and financial products-related matters, agribusiness-related litigation, intellectual property (IP) infringement, breach of contract and lost profits claims. She has worked with clients across various industries, including agribusiness and commodities, construction, financial services, healthcare, insurance, local government, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, transportation, energy/utilities and retail/wholesale.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Pederson worked for top national accounting firms as an auditor for public, private and non-profit organizations and as a consultant in litigation and forensic accounting engagements.
Ms. Pederson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of William & Mary. She is a CPA and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
