Teresa Kilpatrick, a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Dallas, brings more than 20 years of experience in the application of accounting, economic, and financial principles to complex business disputes. She has consulted in cases involving antitrust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business interruption, business valuation, intellectual property, fraud investigations, environmental issues, professional negligence, securities-related issues, and construction and government contract claims.

Ms. Kilpatrick has frequently evaluated lost profits and valuation-related issues relying on large transaction level databases and complex computer models. She has constructed or evaluated damage models that have included such components as lost sales analyses, incremental cost analyses, assessments of profitability, assessments of the capacity to produce additional units, the competitive business environment in which a damage claim is made, claimed lost business value, and claimed reasonable royalties. 

Ms. Kilpatrick has worked with clients across various industries, including real estate, electric utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, computers, consumer electronics, financial institutions, aerospace, insurance, transportation, professional services, and government contracts.    Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kilpatrick was an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting, where she focused on investigations, complex litigation and other types of disputes. Previously, she was with The Kenrich Group, Tucker Alan Inc. and Peterson Consulting. Ms. Kilpatrick earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree in finance from Baylor University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
