She has played pivotal roles in operational restructurings and has held a number of senior management positions.
Notable interim-management roles included: serving as CEO of Libet, Tarmac’s Polish subsidiary; COO of CTL Logistics, Poland largest private rail cargo company; CFO of Axes System, Poland’s leading producer of automotive diagnostic equipment; and Restructuring Manager at UAE based Gasco, the largest natural gas processing company in the world.
In addition to performance improvement projects, she has worked with private equity funds, multinationals, high net-worth individuals and banks across a range of industries.
Before A&M, Ms. Raczynska served as Director of Structuring at Peninsula Growth Capital, an investment development company focused on special-situations investments in the SME range in the Gulf region. There, she was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, and preparing value creation plans for the portfolio companies, as well as hands-on support in performance improvement.
Previously, she worked in Abu Dhabi at OC&C Middle East for a variety of oil and gas and industrial clients.
She also worked at Kolaja & Partners, a premiere interim management and restructuring firm in Warsaw, where she led a variety of corporate restructuring and performance improvement projects for clients in the commercial goods, industrial and packaging industries in Poland, the U.K. and Germany. She began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw.
Ms. Raczynska earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Gdansk and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also received ACCA qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the U.K. A Polish national, she is fluent in Polish and English and has a basic knowledge of German and Russian.
