Mr. Jagdev brings more than 15 years of global management consulting experience in leading growth and performance improvement programs across sectors mainly automotive, industrial equipment, EPC, chemicals, metals and mining. In this role he will be leading A&M’s focus on Automotive & Industrial sectors and Operations Transformation offerings targeted at corporates. Within his sectors of experience, Mr. Jagdev has undertaken several projects in the areas of growth, strategic cost reduction, supply chain optimization and revenue enhancement.
He has consistently delivered value to clients through effective consulting solutions supported by execution. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jagdev spent 14 years with global management consulting firms including PwC – Strategy& (erstwhile Booz & Co), Accenture and Deloitte. He also spent close to seven years with Accenture’s Management Consulting practice leading large scale transformation projects across metals and mining, energy and EPC sectors delivering tangible bottom line results. At Deloitte, he was instrumental in driving innovation consulting services and was part of the firm’s global innovation network with the charter to develop new advisory services. Most recently he served as a Director with PwC – Strategy & (erstwhile Booz & Co) advising automotive and industrial equipment companies on market entry, growth and revenue enhancement programs.
He has worked closely with companies across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and auto ancillaries to address strategic issues aimed at achieving sustainable business performance. Mr. Jagdev has authored global thought leadership papers and has a patent for an operational excellence diagnostic methodology. Mr. Jagdev earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani and a post graduate diploma in business management (PGDBM) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He works closely with industry and trade bodies such as SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers), ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India), CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) and chambers of commerce.
