Mr. Shah is a senior leader in the firm’s information technology and analytics practice with notable accomplishments across a range of industries, including financial services, public utilities, construction management, media and telecommunications. With over 17 years of experience, he brings expertise in technology, analytics and process improvement to maximize investments for his clients.
During his most recent engagement, Mr. Shah served as a senior project leader of a complex finance transformation for a major underperforming utility. Among other roles, he served as an interim program management office (PMO) leader and guided the team to stand up the office as part of a multiyear transformation strategy and roadmap.
Mr. Shah’s other notable achievements include leading the PMO overseeing the data conversion to a new platform associated with the wind down of Lehman Brothers, the largest bankruptcy in U.S. history. Included in his responsibilities were project management, vendor management, issue tracking and resolution, and reporting to executive steering committees.
Mr. Shah led the design of an approach to help clients improve the schedule and budget forecasting accuracy for a large, complex project in their project portfolio. He also created an analytical project management tool to organize and track the development effort for the largest performing rights organization in the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Shah led the design and project management of a complex data warehouse and associated data mart solution providing business intelligence capabilities for a Fortune 500 client.
Previously, Mr. Shah spent over 10 years with Big Four consulting organizations, BearingPoint and Andersen Business Consulting.
Mr. Shah earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from New York University and has completed numerous technical certifications. He is a former president and current committee member for a non-profit organization based in New York.
