Ms. O'Reilly has a proven track record of driving change through partnering with executives to reduce costs and optimize performance. She designs and delivers change including turnaround initiatives, leads multi-dimensional project teams, aligns leadership around strategic imperatives, influences across matrix organizations, and optimizes business processes.
Ms. O'Reilly has served in multiple capacities within professional services organizations including operational, strategic, and management roles.
Prior to working in professional services, she held roles in Utilities, Healthcare, the Federal Government, and Retail organizations. Her professional services clients have included Deloitte Consulting, Fortress, Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, Lloyds TSB, the British Broadcasting Corporation, and Reliant Energy. She has lived and worked in the U.S., the U.K., the Netherlands, Denmark, and Belgium.
Ms. O'Reilly currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the East Region of Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement, where she has responsibility for financial, talent, and deployment operations within the region, driving strategic change and helping grow the business profitably.
She led strategic initiatives and managed day-to-day operations of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Inclusion initiative, with more than 17,000 consulting professionals across the U.S., Mexico, and India. She also provided strategic guidance to the Executive Committee on aspects of talent strategy including marketplace eminence and brand management, recruiting (campus, experienced hires, direct admit), onboarding, professional development, leadership development, succession planning, retention, flexibility and alumni programs.
As Chief Operating Officer at National Women's Initiative (WIN), she was responsible for executive-level talent strategy and operational optimization. She was also responsible for coordination and strategic alignment of 15 associated gender initiatives across multiple CXOs/P&L owners. Her focus was on marketplace eminence, strategic alignment, operational optimization, and analytics improvement.
Ms. O'Reilly has also managed complex merger and acquisitions engagements including integrations, carve-outs, and start-ups. She has focused on transformational change, employee impact, realizing synergies, organizational design, and building platforms for growth.
She has also run overall program management of IT, HR, and Finance work streams. She provided direct leadership on synergy realization, organization design, day-one strategies, leadership engagement and alignment, training, communications, and risk management.
