Ronald Bisaccia is a Senior Adviser with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in New York, where he leads the firm's national Analytics practice. Mr. Bisaccia specializes in analytics, business intelligence, information technology (IT) architecture and system integration. He brings more than 25 years of expertise in consulting and technology, focusing his practice on using analytics-based techniques to improve the outcomes of large-scale projects.

Mr. Bisaccia’s notable engagements include the remediation of a $125 million distressed enterprise resource planning (ERP) project, the design of a project management organization for a $12 billion utility and the design and development of a business intelligence system for multiple Fortune 100 clients. Additionally, Mr. Bisaccia created customer behavioral models for a top three credit card processor, developed a model and system for predicting player injuries for a major sports league and served as interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) for several large firms.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bisaccia was Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Heads Up, a provider of business analytics and activity monitoring services. While there, he was instrumental in the design and development of the company’s enterprise scale data warehouse, monitoring and reporting platform.

Before Heads Up, Mr. Bisaccia was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dimension Data North America, a $750 million value-added reseller of technology equipment and services. In this role, he successfully guided the turnaround and sale of the troubled Proxicom business unit.

Previously, Mr. Bisaccia was a Partner with Andersen Business Consulting, where he led the development of a firm-wide system integration capability. Before joining Andersen, Mr. Bisaccia spent more than 10 years developing deep expertise in system analysis, architecture, project management and hands-on development for companies such as Hewlett Packard and Citigroup.

Mr. Bisaccia began his career as an attorney, representing clients in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Bisaccia earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
