Mr. Neiva Seixas’ main sectors of expertise include oil and gas, petrochemical / plastics, automotive parts, packaging and construction.
He is currently serving as Supply Chain Director in the leading data center construction company in Latin America as part of a complete restructuring plan that was designed and implemented by A&M.
Mr. Neiva Seixas recently served as Chief Restructuring Officer in one of the most prominent third-generation petrochemical companies with a presence in the automotive parts and plastic products segment in Brazil. He also served as the project leader of the diagnosing and restructuring plan process for a Brazilian PVC pipes and fittings producer, improving its EBITDA by 25 percent. Additionally, he developed a restructuring plan for an automotive parts company that is the largest Brazilian producer and market leader in the fuel plastic tanks segment, with a presence in Argentina and Venezuela.
Mr. Neiva Seixas previously served as an adviser to a private equity fund for a potential investment in the main latex glove producer in Latin America, leading the operational due diligence and valuation process. He also acted as Supply Chain Director with a South American market leader of flexible packaging, where he was responsible for the entire supply chain operation in Brazil and Argentina. He joined the company after its acquisition by a private equity fund and played a key role in the turnaround and restructuring processes.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Neiva Seixas held executive positions in Latin America with Repsol YPF in strategic planning, business development, supply chain, pricing, business intelligence and management control, working in business units within the oil and gas industry. He led a variety of regional projects and was responsible for developing and implementing the green field entry in the downstream oil industry in Brazil, leading M&A operations, establishing a distribution network and creating a new supply chain model in the Americas.
Mr. Rodrigo previously worked with Petroleo Ipiranga, Ef Oil UK, Brahma Brewery and Unisys Eletronics in the operations, marketing planning, investment analysis, production planning and control, total quality management and industrial departments.
Mr. Neiva Seixas earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University – UFRJ, an MBA from the IBMEC Business School and a post-graduate degree in general management from IAE Business School, Argentina. He speaks fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
