Mr. Dubal's experience has spanned across a wide variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive and transportation, construction and building services, consumer and industrial products, entertainment and media, financial and business services, food and beverage, gaming and hospitality, healthcare and medical devices, real estate and development, retail and grocery, technology and telecommunications.
Serving as a catalyst to drive the adoption of lead practices and critical benchmarks throughout the business life cycle, Mr. Dubal enables value creation and multiple enhancements through operational, commercial, performance and strategic initiatives.
Mr. Dubal helps clients identify and evaluate investments and acquisitions, exit strategies, separation planning and asset disposal, synergy analysis, carveout and stand-alone assessment, evaluation and implementation, including development of integration strategies throughout all stages of the mergers and acquisitions life cycle.
Mr. Dubal has deep experience in financial and operational improvement in the areas of cash and working capital management, liquidity and cash flow analyses, restructuring and liquidation process, pre- and post-integration, separation planning, transition support, SGA optimization, manufacturing and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain optimization, strategy and business planning, sales and marketing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dubal worked with KPMG as a National Practice Leader in Operational Due Diligence and with AlixPartners leading operational turnaround and performance improvement for the firm. Mr. Dubal began his career with Chrysler serving in various executive roles within finance, strategy, business planning, product development, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Mr. Dubal earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
