With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ms. Nymeyer is known for improving the processes that drive working capital performance. She has helped many companies rapidly release their cash though improved process, policies, organization and systems. Ms Nymeyer's deep experience comes from having lead numerous operational and system implementations, organization redesigns and process design, remediation and optimization projects. She is experienced in strategy development, process optimization, systems delivery, revenue assurance, engagement management, accounting, finance, budgeting, order management, customer service, billing, collections and call center optimization.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Nymeyer held several executive leadership roles including vice president, order management and billing for a $1.2 billion company. She redesigned and set the strategic direction for their decentralized operations by creating a visionary blueprint for order management and billing processes and systems. She lead the transition from multiple ordering and billings systems and manually intensive workgroups to a streamlined, process focused team using integrated technologies.
Ms. Nymeyer recently managed the system implementations and activities to facilitate the divestiture of a large media company from a Fortune 20 telecommunication company. In her role as the key relationship executive between the two companies, she advised on operational strategy, process optimization, data interdependencies and migration. Ms. Nymeyer consulted on contract negotiations, security, financial, HR and publishing processes and systems.
Ms. Nymeyer earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from California Lutheran University. She has a professional designation in financial planning from the University of California Los Angeles.
