Drawing from more than 10 years of experience in consulting, she is building out a market intelligence group to support business development and client efforts for the Performance Improvement practice.
Ms. Shah has worked in a variety of industries and sectors including, retail, telecommunications, technology, sports business, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, education and government.
She has served in numerous roles including, product management, program management, sales force effectiveness, process improvement and operational efficiency, change management and systems integration.
She worked with Nike, Genentech and Gap, Inc. and completed independent projects for the Philadelphia Eagles, Nancy Barry Associates, a private school in Philadelphia and a non-governmental organization in Thailand.
Ms. Shah earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and social welfare from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
