Mr. Flint brings over 30 years of experience providing restructuring advice and support to underperforming businesses and their stakeholders. He specialises in helping business of all sizes find commercial and workable solutions to their operational and financial issues. He assists businesses to challenge their underperformance, regenerate value and as needed to develop contingency plans.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Flint was an Associate Partner at KPMG, where he was instrumental in developing their business in the North West of England. His reputation within the region is as a highly regarded commercial operator who achieves results in some of the most difficult situations.
Mr. Flint has helped hundreds of businesses and their stakeholders create time to protect value, restructure operations, raise finance whilst understanding the significant stresses of their situation. His assignments have covered owner-managed concerns with turnover of less than £2 million to publicly listed companies. His work has covered various European countries where he has secured successful outcomes for stakeholders.
Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Flint has gained a wealth of experience across a wide array of sectors, and his most recent experience includes work in the engineering, manufacturing, logistics, printing, healthcare, property and financial services industries.
Mr. Flint earned a bachelor’s degree (Honours) in economics from Manchester University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of R3 and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
