He brings 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong expertise in managing complex transformation programs for leading financial services players across Europe.
Mr. Taufflieb’s led several global transformation programs for leading Universal European banks covering all business lines and support functions on a very significant scope (up to 20 Bn.€ cost base, 25 countries, project teams 100 + consultant team). He also led the global restructuring for a 50 Bn.€ mortgage specialist to design and implement orderly resolution for the European Commission.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Taufflieb worked for leading restructuring and strategy consulting firms leading or developing Financial Services cost reduction practices.
He started his career as an external auditor and member of Inspection General for a universal bank.
Mr. Taufflieb has been a speaker at several conferences and written articles on cost reduction in Financial Services (France, United States, U.K.)
Mr. Taufflieb graduated from ESSEC. He is fluent in French and English.
