With more than 16 years of due diligence experience, Mr. Guillo has worked on more than 100 transactions. His notable assignments include the acquisition of Opel by PSA, the disposal of Reydel Automotive by Cerberus, the disposal of Lafarge-Holcim’s assets, the acquisition of Autodistribution by Bain Capital, the creation of the Thalys JV for SNCF and the disposal of Quick by Qualium (CDC).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Guillo spent 19 years with PwC, 16 of those years were spent with the Transaction Services department, where he most recently served as Director.
Mr. Guillo earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris. He is a French citizen and is fluent in English.
