Mr. Brigham has worked with privately-held and publicly traded companies of all sizes, from small to Fortune 50, across a variety of industries.
In the past five years Mr. Brigham has successfully helped 12 companies on 30 engagements across a breath of transformation initiatives.
Mr. Brigham’s notable assignments include working as the Interim Chief Transformation Officer with the leading US supplier of aggregates, asphalt, and ready-mix concrete, and construction and paving services in the United States. He also helped them develop their IT strategy, hire a new CIO, stand-up IT governance, redirect spend to value-add areas, and relocate IT operation.
He helped a private equity-owned leading distributor of optical products in the United States and Canada to improve their IT operations, organization, and program management – readying the company for sale.
Mr. Brigham helped improve business operations, reduce cost, leverage analytics, and rationalize applications at one of the world's leading makers of building products, tissue, pulp, paper, and packaging where he led multiple engagements to transform business functions’ people, processes, and technologies.
He worked with a $13B global corporation to transform their US-based Finance function and address multiple audit control deficiencies and material weaknesses. While advising the CFO, he led teams which cut external consultant spend by $100M; stood up the PMO Function, improved overall effectiveness, capabilities, and the credibility of Finance, and reduced audit risk.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Brigham was a Partner with KPMG, Accenture, and Arthur Andersen – all in their IT and business consulting practices, the CIO of a multi-billion corporation, and the Business Unit President of a high-tech start-up company which successfully went public.
Mr. Brigham was Salutatorian of his graduating class, graduating from Syracuse University with both a degree in finance as well as a degree in architecture.
