Mr. O'Keefe brings over 25 years of experience in wealth management and the financial services industry in the Americas and Europe. He is responsible for building, developing, and leading teams in over 35 countries. Mr. O'Keefe focuses on delivering short cycle assignments to clients, including strategy development, digital strategy and assessment, change management, strategic marketing, and sales force effectiveness.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. O'Keefe was based in Zurich, Switzerland with Tindeco Financial Services AG, a Swiss financial technology firm focused on the asset and wealth management sectors, where he was responsible for building professional sales and client acquisition marketing.
Prior to joining Tindeco, Mr. O'Keefe was a Managing Director at UBS AG where he spent 18 years starting at PaineWebber within their International Equity Research Sales Team. Soon after the purchase of PaineWebber by UBS, he was chosen to start up and lead Global Sales Management for its Wealth Management Organization in Zurich. Though in Zurich, he was subsequently Head UBS of Brazil Wealth Management, and Head of the Entrepreneurs Segment for Latin America. In his last position at UBS, he was Global Head of Investment Bank education, focused on product and sales education for their distribution units. He was also involved in seven large scale wealth management acquisitions and post-merger integrations during his years with UBS.
Mr. O'Keefe's career within financial services started as a High Net Worth Advisor covering Latin America with Prudential Bache in their International Client Group located in New York City.
Mr. O'Keefe earned a bachelor’s degree from Marist College in history and economics. Additionally, he earned a certificate in Global Sales Force Management from the Wharton School of Business.
