He helps clients to lower technology costs, bringing extensive asset management and large project experience, including the multi-country deployment of technology asset management tools and process implementation.
In addition to large project management, Mr. Hudlow has operational experience that includes management of teams across 85 countries in the technical desktop arena and in server room build outs, as well as developing and implementing industry best practices and procedures for asset management and desktop technology management.
With a focus on all aspects of the asset lifecycle, he was responsible for improving controls and data management in a complex global environment with over 120,000 distributed PCs in a professional services firm. Additionally, Mr. Hudlow has extensive experience with initial setup and running of BPO operations in India. Before joining A&M, Mr. Hudlow was a Senior Manager of Asset Management and Global Technology Operations with a Big Four accounting firm, where he developed and implemented the global technology asset management discovery tools and procedures used to manage the firm's technology assets and operate the desktop environment.
