Mike has also provided support on outbound client engagements with respect to acquisition and disposition planning, foreign tax credit planning, entity rationalization, local country financing and repatriation strategies.Mike has primarily served clients in the consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, technology and transportation industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mike spent five years at Deloitte Tax in their International Tax group in New York City where he most recently served as a Tax Manager. Mike managed several client engagements focusing on IP migration and partnership planning strategies. Additionally, he worked on business restructurings and rationalization and entity financing as well as other planning issues/strategies.
Mike earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the Univ. of San Diego and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Univ. School of Law. Mike is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the ABA.
