Over his 30+ year career, Mr. Stott has led initiatives to enact strategy and improve profitability and performance for companies in a variety of industries including high tech hardware and software, and healthcare.
He is comfortable leading in multiple contexts, including mergers and acquisitions and periods of significant change or transformation. Mr. Stott specializes in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives spanning both back office and operations settings, delivering double-digit margin improvements for many of his clients.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Stott worked in various roles with Hitachi Consulting, Arthur Andersen and Ameri-Forge. He served as Vice President of Strategy for Global Industrial Technologies and Director of Strategy with Motorola, leading numerous growth and efficiency initiatives.
Mr. Stott earned a bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College and a master's degree from Stanford University.
