Since 2004, under Ms. Coccaro’s leadership, the A&M HR team has been growing and developing in alignment with the exponential growth of the firm, from a company of 250 employees to over 2,500 worldwide. She and her global team provide advisory and operational expertise on benefits and compensation, employee relations and coaching, organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management and learning and development.
She began her career in HR in the non-profit field at the Society of Automotive Engineers, which publishes standards for the automotive and aerospace industries. Eight years later, Ms. Coccaro joined Salomon Brothers, focusing on compensation before taking a few years off to devote her full time to raising a family. She later returned to the industry with a new focus on executive recruitment, until joining a technology start-up during the dot-com era, serving as the Director of Benefits, before ultimately leading the team as the Director of HR.
Ms. Coccaro earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Federation of European Employers (FedEE).
