Mr. Detampel brings 25 years of consulting experience advising on human capital strategy, change management, leadership development, training design and delivery, and organization design and development. As an expert in human capital and organizational issues, his ideas have been featured on CNN, Business Finance Magazine, New Thinking World Press, etc.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Detampel held a number of leadership positions. At BearingPoint, he was the Global Human Capital and Change Solutions Leader. He led the global solution team and developed common solution templates for deployment to global teams. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Americas Management Consulting Leader, responsible for the P/L for the Americas Region. In that role, he grew the practice 30 percent annually. Prior to that, he served as North American Leader for Human Capital and Change. In that position, he grew the practice from 20 professionals to 100 in a five-year period.
Mr. Detampel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University, and a master’s degree in human resource management and organization design from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He has a certificate in leadership development from the Yale Institute for Executive Leadership.
