Mr. Shah has worked with clients in the high tech sector in driving GTM strategy and cost optimization, and he has worked with clients across industrial, retail, consumer and healthcare sectors in driving digital transformation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shah spent 13 years with global management consulting firms such as EY, Infosys Consulting, Inc. and McKinsey. He started his career with McKinsey's high tech vertical and he subsequently spent five years in the U.S. advising global technology companies on their business and operations strategy. Mr. Shah also led the management consulting division of Infosys for the Indian market, focusing on digital transformation. Most recently he served as Director with EY in the high tech sector, helping companies penetrate new market segments and improve their position in existing markets.
Mr. Shah also spent three years leading the central planning team at a $6 billion renewables company. He was responsible for corporate strategy, leading business unit performance management and driving supply chain transformation programs in this role.
Mr. Shah earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Gujarat University and a MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management in Mumbai. He works very closely with industry bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Indian Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association (CEAMA), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). He is passionate about teaching operations and digital transformation at leading business schools in India. An Indian national, Mr. Shah is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
